This time Spotify is allowing their 6500 employees to dictate how they want to work — in an office, remotely, or at a coworking space.

Spotify’s Travis Robinson, the head of diversity made some interesting remarks about the change….one to note is around companies attracting talent no matter their location.

“With even more diverse experiences and perspectives, spread across additional communities, we have the opportunity to bring more stories to life, through original content and other curated audio experiences that resonate culturally,” he said.
