We are looking for a curious, fast-learning Data Analyst to join our Technical Support team. In this role, you will have a direct impact on the data our customers derive from our systems, our daily operations, and the pace of the company’s new product releases.

You will be responsible for transforming raw data into operational and technological insights, working closely with both the Support Team Lead and the R&D Team Lead to drive excellence

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Data Collection & Processing: Extracting data from diverse sources and cross–referencing information across multiple systems
• Deep Dive Analysis: Performing statistical analyses to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within the data
• Decision Support: Presenting findings and insights to management in a clear, concise “bottom–line” manner
• Quality Control: Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data across all organizational systems

REQUIREMENTS

• Education: B.Sc. in Data Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Industrial Engineering or a similar quantitative field
• Analytical Skills: Sharp logical thinking and a proven ability to solve complex problems
• Languages: Fluent English communication skills

NICE TO HAVE

• Previous experience in a Data Analysis role
• Hands–on experience with AI tools
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for advanced data manipulation
