We have built a fully functional prototype of a candidate management platform — a three-part web application that covers the end-to-end workflow from candidate assessment through to client review and decision. The prototype exists as working React/HTML code and is the direct specification for this build.

We are now looking for a talented full-stack developer to take that prototype to production. This is a greenfield build with a clear brief — you will not be starting from scratch, and you will have direct access to the founding team throughout the build.

This is a unique opportunity to own a product build end-to-end within a fast-moving, commercially successful company, using modern tooling including the Claude AI API.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Perform market research and draw qualitative insights on market trends and best practices
• Perform quantitative assessment using various analytic tools to optimize UX/UI
• Create visually stunning digital experiences
• Participate in the design and development of applications on Web platforms.
• Support to design new website (UX/UI) and landing page (interface)
• Iterate designs based on research, user feedback sessions, user interviews, peer feedback, and product roadmap
• Ability to design 3D and basic video editing
• Iterate designs based on research, user feedback sessions, user interviews, peer feedback, and product roadmap
• Edit footage and assembling the rough video project. Including dialogue, music, sound effects, visuals, and special effects.
• Design key visuals and POSM for campaigns such as online, offline, promotion, event, and roadshow…
• Create and design various materials for digital (banners, posters, fan page covers…) and printing products (brochures, infographics…)
• Design Digital Material for Post FB, Ads; Website; E-Commerce channels
• Develop & update Brand Guidelines for designs
• Ensure that projects are delivered on schedule and with high quality.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2 – 3 years’ experience as Graphic design, UI/UX design or similar role
• Experience editing various videos with different lengths.
• Understanding of intended project outcomes and capacity to bring them to reality.
• Able to work independently and meet the deadline
• Good skills in using Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop, and video editing programs
• Creativity, story-telling abilities, management skills
• Ability to work under high pressure
• Proficiency in using equipment and software as required
• Fluent English communication skills
