Marketplace & Advertising Specialist (USA)

We are seeking a seasoned Marketplace Advertising Specialist who doesn’t just “run ads” but architecturally builds Amazon growth. You are the right fit if you cut your teeth on Amazon Ads before the era of “black box” automation and understand the fundamental mechanics of keyword intent, bid pressure, and auction dynamics.
You should be a master of the manual craft while being an early adopter of AI tools to scale your output and optimize efficiency. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our Amazon Store, product listing optimization, and the execution of a high-performance advertising strategy.

Monthly Ad Spend Managed: $50,000+
Performance Target: 10x ROAS (10% ACoS)

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Full-Funnel Amazon Ads Management: Direct management of Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display. You will manage budgets exceeding $50k/month with a focus on scaling while maintaining efficiency
  • Storefront & Listing Optimization: Maintain and evolve the Amazon Storefront. Conduct rigorous A/B testing on product titles, bullet points, and A+ Content
  • Competitive Intelligence: Constantly benchmark our listings against top competitors. If they move, we move faster. You will optimize our pages not just for “best practices,” but to win the “shelf space” against specific rivals
  • AI Integration: Utilize AI for creative asset generation, sentiment analysis of reviews, and rapid keyword clustering to maximize your daily output without sacrificing the “human” strategic touch.
  • Data-Driven Reporting: Provide weekly insights that correlate ad spend to organic lift and total brand health, moving beyond basic dashboard exports

REQUIREMENTS

  • The “Legacy” Foundation: Proven experience managing Amazon Ads prior to the heavy reliance on AI automation. You understand why a bid wins or loses
  • Proven Track Record: You have personally managed Amazon accounts with a minimum monthly spend of $50,000 with documented success in achieving high ROAS
  • Technical Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Advertising Console
  • The Strategist’s Mindset: Ability to explain the “why” behind the numbers. You don’t just report that CTR is down; you identify which asset failed and how to fix it
  • Competitive Spirit: You enjoy the “war” of the marketplace and are obsessed with outranking and out-converting the competition
  • Language: Fluent English communication skills

INTERVIEW PROCESS: 2–3 online rounds

JOB LOCATION: Fulltime office/hybrid/remote working

  • Office location: IPC Tower, 1489 Nguyen Van Linh, Tan Hung Ward, HCMC (opposite SC Vivo City, District 7)
