The Product Assistant is responsible for creating and maintaining accurate product data within Apparel21 (AP21) and SalesNet across the wholesale and retail divisions. The role supports product data integrity, catalogue maintenance, and timely product setup to ensure business deadlines are met.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Create and maintain products within AP21
• Maintain online product catalogues within SalesNet
• Interpret and manage product data using Microsoft Excel ready for ingestion into AP21
• Validate product data before system import and creation
• Support data accuracy, pricing integrity, and image maintenance
• Investigate and resolve data integrity issues
• Ensure compliance with product hierarchy protocols
• Liaise with Merchandise team eg. Buying Assistants, Merchandise leads, wholesale operations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong command of English (written and spoken)
• Administration and data entry experience
• Experience working with Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Apparel21 (highly advantageous)
• Experience in retail or wholesale environments preferred
• Strong data accuracy and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organisation and time management skills
• Collaborative and proactive approach
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team
• Problem solving mindset
