We are looking for a strong backend-focused Fullstack Engineer to help build and scale our product platform.

This role is backend-heavy, with Golang as the primary stack. You should be comfortable owning complex backend systems while also being capable of shipping end-to-end product features using ReactJS when needed.

You do not need to be a frontend specialist, but you should be practical and productive enough to deliver UI changes
independently — including leveraging AI-assisted coding tools effectively.

You will work closely with the Tech Lead and Product Owner to shape, design, and deliver reliable product experiences.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services in Golang
• Own API design, business logic, integrations, and system reliability
• Participate in architecture and technical design discussions
• Deliver end-to-end features across backend and frontend when needed
• Build internal tools and operational tooling to improve engineering efficiency
• Collaborate with product stakeholders to refine requirements and propose technical solutions
• Improve code quality, observability, performance, and maintainability
• Review code and contribute to engineering best practices

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong experience with Golang in production environments
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, API design, concurrency, database design, caching, and asynchronous processing
• Experience building and maintaining scalable backend services
• Comfortable working independently with ambiguous requirements
• Experience with SQL databases and data modeling
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and CI/CD workflows
• Practical ReactJS experience
• Ability to ship functional frontend implementations without heavy guidance
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Strong ownership mindset
• Fluent English communication skills

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with AWS, Docker/Kubernetes, message queues, event-driven systems, and observability/monitoring stacks
• Experience using AI coding tools effectively in development workflows
• Experience in startup or fast-moving product environments
• Experience mentoring engineers or driving technical initiatives
