Senior Google Ads Strategist (USA)

We are looking for a seasoned Google Ads expert who remembers what it was like to build campaigns before “Smart Bidding” existed, but who now leverages AI to achieve superhuman efficiency.
We don’t just want someone to manage a budget; we want a growth partner who views every dollar spent through the lens of a 10X ROAS. You will have full ownership of our Google Ads ecosystem, managing a monthly spend of $50,000+ with the clear objective of generating a minimum of $500,000 in monthly revenue.

REQUIRED METRICS

  • Impressions: Establishing reach and visibility
  • CTR: Proving the power of your copy, call outs, site links and creative assets
  • Bounce Rate: Ensuring the traffic you drive is relevant and the landing page aligns with the intent
  • Conversion Rate: The ultimate indicator of funnel health
  • The Bottom Line: Maintaining a strict 10X ROAS (or 10% ACOS)

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • Legacy Experience: You managed significant Google Ads accounts prior to the AIautomation era. You understand manual bidding, keyword match type nuances, and the “why” behind the algorithms
  • Modern Efficiency: You utilize AI and machine learning to scale what works, automate the mundane, and maximize output without losing the “human touch.”
  • Proven Track Record: You have personally managed accounts with a monthly spend of $50,000$100,000+ and can demonstrate a history of achieving and sustaining a 10X ROAS
  • Data Literacy: You don’t just report numbers; you tell the story of the funnel. You can identify exactly where a campaign is “leaking” and fix it.
  • Copy & Creative Mastery: You know that a high CTR is earned through psychology and compelling assets, not just high bids

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • FullFunnel Management: Execute endtoend Google Ads strategies (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max)
  • Optimization: Continuous A/B testing of headlines, descriptions, and landing page elements to lower bounce rates and increase conversion
  • Strategic Scaling: Identifying opportunities to increase spend while maintaining the 10% ACOS threshold
  • Direct Accountability: Providing weekly/monthly reports that tie every dollar spent directly to topline revenue

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 710 years of experience specifically in Google Ads management
  • Documented success managing budgets of at least $50k/month
  • Expertlevel knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), GTM, and conversion tracking
  • A “pioneer” mindset: You have the grit of an oldschool marketer and the tools of a modern technologist
  • Language: Fluent English communication skills

INTERVIEW PROCESS: 2–3 online rounds

JOB LOCATION: Fulltime office/hybrid/remote working

  • Office location: IPC Tower, 1489 Nguyen Van Linh, Tan Hung Ward, HCMC (opposite SC Vivo City, District 7)
