Video Editor

We are seeking a Video Editor to join our Vietnam-based marketing team, producing high-quality video content across a range of formats for our brands

This is a hands-on production role suited to someone early in their career who makes up for experience with exceptional technical ability, creative instinct and a genuine enthusiasm for what modern tools – including AI – make possible. If you can produce polished, professional output at pace, we want to hear from you.

You will work across a variety of content types including product videos, people and culture content, campaign assets, social media clips and sales enablement materials. You will be expected to own your output from brief to delivery, maintaining a consistently high production standard across every format.

This role requires someone who is deeply comfortable with technology, fast at learning new tools, and take pride in delivering high quality work.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Video production across formats: Produce polished video content across a range of formats including product demonstrations, people and culture stories, social media clips, campaign videos, testimonials and internal communications.
  • End-to-end ownership: Manage your own projects from brief through to final delivery, including editing, colour grading, sound mixing, motion graphics and export – to a consistently high standard.
  • AI-assisted production: Actively use AI tools to enhance efficiency and output quality and speed across the production process, including script generation, voiceover, subtitles, scene generation and post-production enhancement.
  • Motion graphics and visual storytelling: Create and integrate motion graphics, lower thirds, transitions and animated elements that elevate the visual quality of finished content.
  • Asset management: Maintain organised project files, footage libraries and exported assets in shared storage, ensuring materials are accessible and clearly labelled.
  • Collaboration with the marketing team: Work closely with the broader marketing team to understand campaign objectives, brand guidelines and audience requirements, producing content that is aligned and on brief.
  • Fast turnaround delivery: Operate with urgency when needed, producing high-quality edits at pace without compromising on production standards.
  • Continuous improvement: Stay current with emerging tools, AI capabilities, and production techniques – proactively bringing new approaches to the team that improve quality or speed.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Demonstrated video editing ability with a portfolio that shows high-quality output across multiple content types – seniority matters less than the standard of the work.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve), with working knowledge of After Effects or equivalent for motion graphics.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for AI tools and a track record of using them practically in a production workflow – including tools for voiceover, subtitling, scene generation, upscaling or enhancement.
  • Strong technical understanding of video formats, codecs, export settings and platform-specific requirements across social media, web and presentation contexts.
  • Ability to work across diverse content formats – from polished brand and product videos to more naturalistic people and culture content – adapting style and approach to suit the brief.
  • High personal standards for production quality, with a sharp eye for colour, composition, pacing and sound.
  • Organised, self-directed and capable of managing multiple concurrent projects without losing output quality.
  • Strong communicator who can receive a brief clearly and flag issues or decisions early rather than late.
  • A collaborative attitude and genuine interest in the commercial outcomes behind the content being produced
  • Fluent English communication skills

JOB LOCATION: Fulltime office/hybrid/remote working

  • Office location: IPC Tower, 1489 Nguyen Van Linh, Tan Hung Ward, HCMC (opposite SC Vivo City, District 7)
