Branding & Packaging Designer

ROLE SUMMARY

We’re looking for a mid–senior designer with deep expertise in packaging design to shape how our products come to life in the world—from the shelf and store to our customers’ homes.

In this role, packaging is more than just a box; it’s an essential part of the product experience and brand story. You’ll be responsible for creating packaging that not only protects and presents our products beautifully, but also reflects our values of style, quality, and thoughtful design.

You’ll lead packaging projects from concept through production, collaborating closely with design, product, and marketing teams. From developing limited-edition gift boxes to refining dielines across our core range, you’ll bring craft, consistency, and fresh thinking to every brief.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves making things—and making them exceptionally well—whether that means exploring clever construction, thoughtful details, or packaging that feels as good as it looks.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Contribute the design of packaging across all product ranges — from dielines and mockups to final, print-ready artwork
  • Translate brand strategy into tangible, beautiful packaging systems that are consistent, scalable, and impactful
  • Contribute to brand development across print and physical touchpoints, ensuring a strong, cohesive brand presence in-store and at home
  • Collaborate with the product team to support the design and visual direction of new product ranges
  • Partner with marketing and eComm teams to align packaging with campaign narratives and seasonal launches
  • Maintain packaging brand guidelines and elevate how our brand shows up across formats (boxes, labels, swing tags, POS, etc.)
  • Stay up to date with trends in packaging, sustainability, and retail experience, bringing fresh thinking into the studio

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5–8+ years’ design experience, ideally with a focus on packaging, FMCG, or product
  • Strong understanding of print production, materials, and manufacturing processes
  • A sharp eye for typography, layout, and brand expression
  • Experience working from concept through to final artwork and production handover
  • Confidence working across both 2D (graphics) and basic 3D (mockups or renders) formats
  • Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop); Figma or CAD a bonus
  • A considered, collaborative approach — and a love of good design

Nice to have

  • Experience in homewares, lifestyle, or fashion retail
  • Knowledge of sustainable packaging practices
  • Photography or art direction experience
