Marketing Team Leader
We are seeking a Marketing Team Leader to lead and manage our Vietnam-based marketing team, while overseeing the execution of integrated campaigns, account-based marketing programs and sales enablement activity across all brands in the group.
This is a hands on leadership role. Strategic direction is defined, and you will be responsible for translating that direction into structured execution plans, coordinated delivery and measurable outcomes.
You will directly manage six marketing team members across functions. You will be accountable for team performance, delivery standards, prioritisation and output quality, while remaining actively involved in campaign planning and execution.
This role requires a strong operator who can manage people, implement strategy and drive disciplined delivery.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Team leadership and management: Lead, manage and develop a team of six direct reports across marketing functions in Vietnam. Set clear priorities, allocate resources, maintain accountability and drive high performance standards.
- Strategy implementation and execution: Translate the marketing strategy into clear execution plans, timelines and deliverables.
- Campaign delivery oversight: Oversee planning and be hands on with the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, outbound and event channels aligned to commercial priorities.
- Account-based marketing execution: Coordinate and be hands on with the delivery of structured ABM programs for priority accounts, working closely with sales to support targeted engagement and pipeline growth.
- Sales enablement coordination: Ensure development and delivery of sales support materials including pitch decks, case studies, targeted collateral and campaign assets that support account progression.
- Operational management: Maintain structured campaign calendars, workflows and coordination processes to ensure on time and on brief delivery.
- Performance monitoring: Track campaign execution metrics and delivery performance. Identify gaps, remove blockers and adjust plans to maintain output quality and commercial alignment.
- Cross regional collaboration: Work closely with leadership in Australia and sales stakeholders across regions to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines and account focus.
Continuous improvement: Identify workflow inefficiencies, capability gaps and performance improvement opportunities within the team and implement structured improvements.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with strong exposure to campaign delivery and demand generation.
- Demonstrated experience leading and managing teams, ideally across multiple marketing functions.
- Experience managing direct reports and driving performance, accountability and delivery discipline.
- Strong operational capability with the ability to translate strategy into structured execution plans.
- Experience working closely with sales teams to support target accounts and pipeline growth.
- Strong project management and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Commercial awareness and understanding of how marketing execution supports revenue outcomes.
- Confident communicator with experience working across regions and reporting into senior leadership.
- Willingness to remain hands on in delivery, as this is required often.
- Fluent English communication skills
